- 1 can(s) 12oz can of Embasa Tomatillos Drained and rinsed well
- 3-6 Chiptole chiles in adobo sauce, seeded. For a mild salsa use only 2-3 chiles
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) water
- Place seeded chiles, rinsed tomatillos, garlic and water into a food processor or blender. Pulse until tomatillos and chiles are blended fairly well and garlic is minced. About 6-8 pulses. Transfer to a small bowl, stir in sugar and salt to taste. Refrigerates for up to a week.
