Chipotle Tartar Sauce

Great with fish tacos. If you're not a fan of mayo, no worries. The chipotles cover up the mayo flavor.

Yummmmmm! I served this with the Baja Fish Tacos. I tweeked it by using 1/4 mayo and the rest (3/4)a Greek style yogurt. I only had a little bit of chipotle sauce left that I had frozen from a can I had used, so I added some dried chipotle (from the Mexican market). I want to make this again and use it on grilled chicken sandwiches! Ouuu- with bacon and avocado! Yummmm!
