Yummmmmm! I served this with the Baja Fish Tacos. I tweeked it by using 1/4 mayo and the rest (3/4)a Greek style yogurt. I only had a little bit of chipotle sauce left that I had frozen from a can I had used, so I added some dried chipotle (from the Mexican market). I want to make this again and use it on grilled chicken sandwiches! Ouuu- with bacon and avocado! Yummmm!
Chipotle Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Preparation
- Rinse 2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles and discard seeds and veins. In a blender, whirl the chiles with 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, and 1/4 cup chopped onion until smooth.
