1 tablespoon minced chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup rice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
How to Make It
Combine water, butter, minced chipotle chile, salt, and freshly ground black pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add rice; stir gently. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
