Chipotle-Raspberry Turkey Wraps

Manchego cheese is a Spanish cheese derived from sheep's milk. It's creamy white in color and smooth in texture, and it has a deliciously nutty flavor that pairs well with the chipotle-raspberry dressing in these wraps.
