1 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 3/4 cups frozen mashed potatoes (such as Ore-Ida)
1 drained canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add potato; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add chipotle pepper and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
