Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon seeded chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Stir together sour cream and remaining ingredients; cover and chill, if desired.
