1 cup chopped kale leaves (stemmed)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder


Preheat oven to 425°. Toss kale with olive oil, kosher salt, and chipotle chile powder. Arrange kale on a baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes.
