Sorry to be the lone detractor, but the salsa is gross. The pork is okay...but the salsa is NOT.

We aren't big pork people so I tried this recipe with chicken breasts (flattened so they cook better on the grill). Otherwise I followed the recipe marinating the breasts for about 4 hours and the chipotle flavor was perfect. It turned out fantastic, a hit with the whole family!!! This is going to be a definite repeat this summer!

I really liked the pork but thought the salsa was a little bland. If your strawberries aren't very sweet, maybe add a little sugar to the salsa, I think it needed to be a little sweeter to contrast the pork. I marinated the pork for 24 hours though, still was great!

This has become a regular meal in our house. We all love the salsa. I even make the pork with just a rub sometimes if I don't have time to marinate and it is great. The only thing I've started doing is using garlic salt instead of salt in the salsa.
