    Extremely easy, I used chicken tenders instead of breasts, otherwise followed recipe exactly and the taste was quite delicious. My husband said this definitely must go into the rotation

    Thia is a pretty good recipe. It was quick and tasty. I didn't have apricot, so I used peach preserves, it did not appear to make a difference. Next time I might double the glaze recipe since I more chicken the recipe called.

    It was good but the chicken was a little bland. I would have like it to soak up the sauce more.

    I served this along with the apricot-glazed roasted asparagus, and the two apricot dishes went very nicely together. I agree with others that the sauce is a little runny, and doesn't do a whole lot for the chicken. The recipe was very easy though and didn't require any ingredients that I didn't already have. Overall, it was good, but nothing fantastic.

    My kids could not stop saying how good this was and asked for seconds! Adults liked it too. I used right over 1 lb of chicken tenders and doubled the sauce. Serve the sauce over rice to soak it up.

    Easy and tasty. Next time we will marinate the chicken in the sauce a bit before hand. Love the sauce with the rice.
