I love this recipe. A few ingredients, fast, easy, and comes out great every time! My husband loves the flavour and I reserve a little extra sauce to brush on after cooking.

This is a really easy and very yummy recipe. I've made it several times; this last time I tripled the sauce, heated up the excess, and drizzled it over the sliced pork and a bed of udon noodles. Be sure to use a good hoisin sauce such as Koon Chun (which most every Asian grocery store carries, as do many regular groceries).

Simple and tasty! I used the leftovers in a stir fry the next day.

from personal taste I didn't like the flavor combination. a little disappointed given all the good reviews. won't be making again.
