Ingredients

  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. With food processor on, drop garlic through food chute; process until minced. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process 1 minute or until finely minced.
