Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightly packed Italian parsley leaves (about 1 bunch, stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

How to Make It

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
