Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/4 cup chopped shallots
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed

Preparation

Place parsley, shallots, oregano, and garlic in a mini food processor; pulse until minced. Add canola oil, lime juice, salt, cumin, and crushed red pepper; process until blended. Toss with steamed broccoli florets.
