Ingredients

  • 1/2 Bowl Tofu /Paneer, Cubes
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Large Green Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Small Sized Tomato, Diced
  • 4 Green Chillies ,Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 pinch(s) Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Soya Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Corn Flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Sesame Seeds (for Garnishing)
  • 1 bunch(es) Green Onion( for Garnishing)
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well
  2. Step 2: Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies .Cook frequently for few minutes
