I wouldn't serve this on my best china but for a weeknight dinner it is fantastic! Using the taco seasoning and the ranch dressing packet was brilliant and so tasty. My roommate made the comment he was a bit leary of the chili because it wasn't as red as he was used to, but he was won over by the flavor. Absolutely a wonderful way to use ground beef!

I made this for my family and they loved it, so did I! It was sooo good. Also, my fam from out of state had come to visit I had some frozen I heated it up for them they raved about it. Definitely gonna make it again & again!

My boyfriend and I both loved this recipe. For some reason, it came out very soupy which was not the consistency I was expecting. Oh well, it tasted great anyway. Next time I'll sneak in ground turkey. Given the vibrant flavor of the dish, I doubt the BF will notice. And maybe I'll only put in one cup of water and see what happens. Also, this makes way more than four servings. For two people, I would cut in half at the very least. You would still have plenty for leftovers. I wouldn't serve this to company which is the only reason I gave it three stars.

The corn threw me off, and it was a little watery at first. I added tomato paste and it thickened it up. I think it should cook longer also to thicken. I wish there were more spices, the potato takes away a lot of the spices. I added chili powder after tasting it. My first time making chili and now I think I might be hooked. Such a yummy dinner. Will definitely try again with modifications:)
