Chili-Seared Salmon with Sweet Pepper Salsa

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 (1-inch-thick) salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Sweet Pepper Salsa

How to Make It

  1. Combine chili powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over salmon fillets.

  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add salmon, cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Sweet Pepper Salsa.
