Chili-Lime Marinade

Ingredients

1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sriracha hot chili sauce
1/4 cup sake
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 dried chile de arbol, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass measuring cup, stirring well.
