2 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/4 cups salted cooked and dried edible grasshoppers
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon lime zest (from 1 lime)
How to Make It
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high. Add grasshoppers, and cook, stirring constantly, until toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, and cayenne pepper; cook, stirring constantly, until well coated. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with lime zest.
