1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
3/8 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 ears shucked corn
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, softened

How to Make It
Heat a grill pan over medium-high.
Combine chili powder, rind, 1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl; rub over corn. Coat grill pan with cooking spray. Add corn to pan; cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove corn from pan.
Top corn with butter and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt.
