Chili-Fried Potatoes

I am going w/4 stars b/c I thought they were ok but my husband loved them. I served the potatoes w/pot roast (cl..wonderful!). They needed a little extra flavor for me, maybe more salt.

This was really good. I love potatoes and onions anyway, and the cheese and chili powder added good flavor. I think next time I will add more onion, but I tend to like a lot of caramelized onions. Make sure to let everything really brown and crisp up to get even more flavor!
