I've made this twice, once for a Super Bowl party, and once for a work lunch party. It was a hit both times. Very flavorful, healthy and not too much work to make. Good for a basic, solid lunch or dinner.

This is AWESOME for people on diets. Anyone who knows the Weight Watchers points system, that comes out to only 4 points a serving - INCLUDING a few tortilla chips!! 1 and 1/2 cups is a lot of food, its satisfying and flavorful. Add some fat free sour cream, a few extra chips for a 5 point meal. This stuff is great. I highly recommend it - be careful on the spice level if you don't like things super spicy...

I have been making this for years. As I am a vegeterian it is a standard in my repetoire! My children love it. I make it for myself for the week and often find it gone before I can enjoy it. 2 Chipotle peppers can make it a bit too spicy for kids. Also it is now worth 6 points on the new Weight Watchers plan. Highly recommend!!!

I gave this 2 stars even though I would not make it again. The dish had no flavor, I could only eat it with a TON of hot sauce. I added a package of Ground Round (ground beef substitute) and didn't alter any of the seasoning, so maybe that was the problem. The texture was good, I used bulgur, but it just lacked flavor. Even if I had doubled the seasoning to account for the ground round, I don't think it would have been a 3 star recipe.
