Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 3 whole(s) eggs
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) bisquick
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 can(s) 27 OZ Whole Green Ortega Chile

Preparation

  1. Drain Chiles. Cut and remove seeds.

  2. Layer Cheese and chiles.

  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and bisquick until blended. Pour over cheese.

  4. Bake 350
  5. 30-40 min
