Chicory Coffee Glaze gives our already delicious sugar cookies a bolt of flavor that everyone will love—especially sleepy-eyed elves with last-minute gifts to wrap!
This recipe goes with Sugar Cookie Cutouts
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strong brewed chicory coffee
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons water
- Garnish: crushed coffee beans
- Stir together powdered sugar, brewed coffee, whipping cream, and kosher salt until smooth. Stir in up to 2 tsp. water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency. Garnish, if desired.
