This is TO DIE FOR! And so easy!! My husband, who is not a pasta lover, and my stepson absolutely love this dish. And it's so gourmet tasting. No one would ever know you weren't slaving away in the kitchen all day.

I have a recipe that is very close to this one, although I add onions, garlic, cremini and white button mushrooms, sherry, chardonay wine, cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic, use zesty italian marinade by McCormick on chicken and grill or brown in pan, slice chicken and place in sauce, cover and bake in oven for 45 mn. at 350 degrees. Serve it over noodles. It is great and one of my DH favorites.

I added some onions and garlic to the chicken. After that I squeezed on some lemon, put it all in the oven for 45 minutes at 350. I also sprinkled on some bread crumbs. Not a bit left at the end of the meal!

This was very simple to make and my family enjoyed it! My only change is that we used 8oz of linguine instead of 16oz. I would also add a small side salad to make it a meal.

THIS IS SOOO GOOD AND SO EASY TO MAKE! My family loved this. I was tempted to add garlic and onions but decided to try it as the recipe stated first and I'm glad I did. I love onions and garlic but honestly every dish doesn't need them and this dish really didn't need any adjustments. Just because it's a simple recipe doesn't mean it needs alterations. Would recommend boiling the wine at least 3 minutes to cook off the alcohol flavor. Grated some fresh Parmesan cheese over top. Served with asparagus and bread sticks. SO EASY!! It's now in my printed recipe book of favorites. Thanks for sharing.

This makes a nice presentation, however, I only found this to be an okay recipe. I used Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning on the chicken. I made the other adjustments according to the other reviews, adding onions, and garlic. Slicing the chicken and cooking it in the sauce is definitely needed to meld the flavors together. Used angel hair pasta because that is what I had. Served with crusty bread.

I liked this, just a tad bland. Next time I'll add some garlic and more mushrroms. And I'll only make aprx 1/3 of the pasta..

I was hoping for a new recipe to add to my book. This did not make it. The overpowering flavor of the wine was too much. Not one family member wanted it again.

Good Flavor, Chicken had to be cut with a knife. Could have used more mushrooms. Seems to be a lot of trouble, smashing, cooking chicken, then mushrooms....just for one dish. I would definitely add onion or garlic next time. Tried over rice, would definitely be better over pasta.
