Chicken with Port Wine Sauce

    Added 1/4 c. chopped bing cherries to port 20 minutes before I simmered the sauce. Served with caramelized onions. REALLY good mix of sweet and savory!

    This was sooooo quick and easy to make! I used chicken thighs and creamy Gorgonzola which I stirred into the sauce. Next time, I think I'd serve over orzo to soak up that yummy sauce!
