Tasty, easy recipe. Served it with red bliss mashed potatoes and a nice salad. My husband was still hungry, so maybe I'll serve it with bread next time. Will definitely put it in the rotation.

I made this for my boyfriend who is a professional chef and neither of us could eat it. Apparently dijon and lime are never a good combo b/c of the acidity. After the embarrassment of making something that he couldn't eat, i will never be making this again!

This recipe is easy, no shopping was needed. This dish you can throw together in minutes, slap flour on your face, and they will think your're a master chef.I loved the recipe the way it was but my daughter ask me to leave out the mustard the second time and that was great too.

This was simple and fast, and we had everything on hand. We used boneless and skinless chicken thighs since that's what I had in the house, and maybe that made it better; I generally find those to have more flavor than chicken breasts. I thought the sauce had a very nice flavor - tangy with some zip - and my 2 and 4 year olds both liked it also. I used red potatoes and thought they were a great accompaniment, since they are more tender than baking potatoes. Maybe those small changes improved the recipe?

I made the lemon sauce version of this and it was great. It's fast and easy yet has a great flavor. I was trying to replicate a recipe from The Cheesecake Factory and will try it again without the mustard to see if that yields the clear sauce I had at the restaurant. I served this with roasted asparagus, yum!

I made this dish as per the recipe, but I cannot recommend it. Wife daughter said it was "pretty good", but I thought the sauce had a bitter taste to it - much like the bitter taste that would come from lime peel. I used squeezed fresh lime juice so that was not the problem. Rather, I think the yucky bitter taste came from the mustard. If moved to try this recipe again, I would use much less mustard ..... maybe even none.

I made this for my husband and I last night. We both thought that it was very good, just not anything amazing. I would definitely make it again in the future though. In the picture the sauce seems somewhat thick and mine was not, I added maybe a 1/2 tsp of extra cornstarch though and it was much better.

This has been one our "Favorites" list for years now. Hint: Double the sauce, let it boil down/reduce and use as a dressing over spinach... or rice... or potatos. We make the red potatos w/ rosemary w/ the chicken as shown... and add whole wheat bread quarters w/ tomato slices, basil/rosemary and blue cheese melted on top. Excellent combo.

Very simple! And so good! The sauce is so smooth and silky, not too sweet, not too tangy... I would just add a bit of lime zest next time to see how much punch that gives it. But I am planning on making this for my next dinner party!

I liked the flavor of this sauce, my only advice is to double the sauce, or in my case I just made half the chicken breasts since I was only serving 2. Served with the potatos featured with it.

It was not as good as I expected it to be. My hubby didn't like the lime sauce :(

My husband gave this recipe 4 3/4 star. Very good, I agree that if you are making this for 4 people you might want to double the sauce. The sauce was yummy!
