Ingredients

4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Coat chicken with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place chicken on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Combine mayonnaise and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

Serve chicken with sauce.
