This was good - but too much trouble. I'd look for a recipe to be stewed in the crockpot next time. The blue cheese sauce is delicious, and I have plenty left over to dip veggies in this week. I didn't quite get the chicken hot and spicy enough for my husband... he added sri racha sauce to the dip, and he was ever so happy!
