although i didn't follow the recipe exactly the end result was very tasty. i doubled the entire recipe and the flavor was just right. i didn't have a saute pan large enough for all the chicken i prepared so after browning i put on a plate and kept it warm while i reduced the sauce. my family enjoyed it very much. i will definitely make again.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Add broth and wine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cheese.
