  • 4 ounce(s) chicken breasts cooked/sliced
  • 3 cup(s) zucchini, spinach, mushrooms (mixed) steamed
  • 2 ounce(s) low-fat Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Marinara Sauce
  • Herb and Garlic Mrs. Dash to taste


  1. Mix chicken with zucchini, mushrooms and spinach.
  2. Heat on stovetop or microwave.
  3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pour on marinara
  4. Melt cheese over the top in microwave.
