This was a good recipe, not outstanding or a special occasion. The salsa is what makes it. I added several chopped jalapenos to the salsa because we like things spicy. Will definitely make again.

My husband LOVED this. Has asked for it to be put in our regular rotation. I baked the tortillas instead of frying, used basil and feta instead of cilantro and queso fresco because it is what I had on hand. He ate the leftover salsa with chips. Fabulous!

This recipe was good, but not outstanding, the salsa mixture needed more flavor, I added extra cumin and ancho chili pepper. I will make again.

This was a quick no-cook meal for a hot summer evening. I substituted basil for cilantro since no one in my family likes cilantro and used feta instead of queso fresco. In addition, I didn't make the tostadas--I just mixed the salsa, chicken, and beans together and served with some organic blue corn tortilla chips. Yum!

Quick, healthy, delicious. The avocado salsa was good, but I think I'll use cilantro instead of mint next time.

This was a good recipe, but nothing to write home about. Loved the avocado salsa, tho!

Sooooo Good! I could live off of the salsa! It could easily be made without the chicken and it wouldn't be missed. I used shredded mozzarella instead of the queso fresco. Definitely will be making again - is tonight too soon? :)

My family declared this "a keeper!" I used leftover grilled chicken and corn cut off the cob in the salsa. Delicious!

My entire family loved this dish and has asked for it repeatedly since first making it this past summer. The avocado salsa makes the dish as it is wonderfully fresh! A keeper for my go-to summer night recipes!
