Chicken thighs with mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 8 ounce(s) mushrooms sliced
  • 2 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sage
  • 1 tablespoon(s) thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) tarragon leaves


  1. Melt butter in saute pan. Cook onions until they are translucent, then scrape butter and onions into crockpot. Plop chicken on top of onions, sprinkle the herbs on top and add mushrooms at the end. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or low 7-8 hours.
