Chicken Tenders

These breast strips with the sauce make for a great main dish for any meal. Goes good with my Honey Mustard recipe...

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) boneless, skinless breast strips
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup(s) oil
  • 3/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • pinch(s) cayenne (Optional)

Preparation

  1. Whisk together milk and egg in a bowl. In another bowl or pan whisk together to the flour and spices. Place tenders in the milk mixture. Heat oil in large skillet. Remove tenders from milk and dip in flour mixture. Cook in hot oil until crusty and tender. About 10 to 15 minutes on each side. Enjoy
