Great idea to soften the tortillas in the chicken broth. It made them so much easier to roll and not break.

- Chicken broth
- Corn tortillas
- Chicken breasts
- Grill chicken breasts sprinkled with pepper. Shred chicken.
- Soften tortillas by heating chicken broth in saute pan to almost boiling. Put tortillas in one by one and flip after a few seconds. Tortillas should be very flexible.
- Put chicken and top with salsa in middle of each tortilla. Roll up and put seam side down in baking dish.
- Bake 15 min at 425.
