Loved this soup! It packs quite a kick, however. I cut the jalapenos down to one, and it was still a bit hotter than we particularly like, especially the kids. We added a little sour cream to try to cool it down which seemed to help and tasted yummy as well. We really enjoyed the added taste of the cilantro and lime. And I think cooking the onions until almost carmelized is definitely essential for the rich flavor. We'll certainly enjoy this again!

we thought this recipe was delicious. I used chicken breast that I cooked here, not wanting the salt of rotisserie chicken. Used t he food processor to slice the sweet potatoes. Will definately make again and again

Wonderful soup! The lime squeezed in finish is a must, adds great acid. No issues with the jalapeños, roasted them for 30 minutes in oven.
