Great weeknight dinner. Makes a very nice meal with the family. Really enjoyed the use of the sesame seeds.

I have enjoyed this summer salad often for several years. It is almost a daily fare for me during strawberry season. I usually substitute fresh red grapes for the raisens (or sometimes dried cranberries), and always add either a few sliced almonds or chopped walnuts to the salad. Do gifve this a try - - it's wonderful!

This makes for a good, light dinner that is easy to throw together, and even tastes good after much less than an hour's chilling time. My only change has been to shred rather than chop the chicken breast, and while this creates more surface area the amount of dressing still seems adequate. The recipe is fine as-is, but I've also added goat cheese crumbles. The low calorie count leaves room for bread (home-baked soft pretzels!) and even a glass of wine.

Love this. My husband did too. I made with ordinary iceberg lettuce. I also made extra dressing.

A great light dinner, the tarragon is a must. Would use sunflower seeds instead of the little sesame seeds. Served with focaccia.
