Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

I'm from NOLA & this recipe sounds ok, but I've always found that the best jambalyas always have tomatoes. I would add a large can of diced tomatoes to this, separating the liquid from it & adding either stock or water to make up the difference. Be sure to cook everything together to blend the flavors.

Good flavor, but mine turned out mussy. I guess it was wrong to assume that you add the meat back to the rice+veg to cook together...I was confused. Maybe your supposed to add to rice before serving. Either way- I may try again without adding meat to rice while rice cooks and see what happens. Good flavor though.
