Chicken Salad wraps
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cooked chicken sliced or cubed
- 1 cup(s) shredded carrots
- 1 cup(s) chopped Spinach
- 1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup(s) thawed frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic herb dressing
- 1/4 cup(s) reduced fat Mayo
- 16 large lettuce leaves
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well.
- Place equal amounts of salad in each lettuce leaf.
- Roll each leaf. Secure with a toothpick.
