Love this recipe! I added sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion and feta cheese to spice it up a bit!

Made this last night just as the recipe stated. Didn't add anything extra, although, there are some good suggestions. Terrific!! Had the remaining today for lunch and even better than last night!

I make this ALL the time! It is one of our favorite go to lunch recipes. Highly recommend!

Very good recipe - my husband loved it. I also added a few things - cherry tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese, and some red wine vinegar. It just needed a little more flavor, and the scallions and vinegar seemed to do it. I doubled the garlic and capers, but we do like flavorful food. I sauteed a chicken breast with lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic powder, which was perfect. I will be making this for a light dinner or lunch again - overall, great!

Wow, this is good! I doubled the recipe and had some extra veges on hand, and so I added diced carrot and bell pepper, which gave the salad nice texture and color. I was heavy handed on the capers and chopped parsley, and I added about 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar to the dressing. Additionally, I tossed in some green onions and feta. I'm sure the salad would also be great as written, but I liked my changes and will happily add this recipe into my regular rotation. Yum...I'm going to go have some leftovers now!

Love this recipe! The olive flavor is delicious. Omitted the chicken, canned is never the way to go...

Light and refreshing...used leftover grilled chicken in place of the canned chicken. The smokey, grilled flavor complemented the olives very nicely. Delicious and easy!

This is DELICIOUS. Perfect for packing in lunches. I used shredded rotisserie chicken instead of (nasty) prepackaged stuff, and it turned out great! Will definitely be made again and again!

Very tasty! I made some alterations. Some on purpose and one accidentally. I don't like capers so I didn't add them to the recipe. I also got the Purdue short cut chicken strips instead of canned chicken (the thought of adding is something I couldn't do). I also added 3 or 4 garlic cloves rather than the one (we love garlic). The accident is that I mixed up my recipes and used orzo instead of couscous. Still tastes great. I look forward to making this again, but with the couscous. :) The best part about this recipe was how easy it was to make.

Delicious!! I added more capers because I just love those little guys. YUM. I used the large pearled cous cous, I just love the texture.

I have made this recipe many times the last couple of years and it is always excellent. I use chopped rotisserie chicken and usually add a little bit more lemon juice to give it more flavor. So yummy!

Addicted to this! I've always omitted the capers (for no reason other than don't keep them on hand regularly). I use a bit of balsamic vinegar to substitute for the "bite" and add a bit of Dijon mustard. Jazzes ot up just a bit and in the end, comes together with such explosive taste and incredibly healthy at the same time. Love it!

My husband and I both loved this salad. My husband doesn't like couscous and he said to make sure we had this again!

Used shredded rotisserie chicken, whole wheat Israeli couscous, and red wine vinegar instead of lemon juice. Fantastic for a light lunch and the leftovers keep well.
