Absolutely the best chicken salad I have ever had! Everyone raved! Did have to add additional mayo/sour cream in equal parts to make it a bit creamier. Plan on making this recipe again and again!

I halved the recipe (this makes a LOT of chicken salad!) Grilled the chicken breasts outdoors. Did not have nuts or poppy seeds, but still came out great. Added a bit extra sour cream/ mayo to make it a bit creamier (otherwise would have been too dry).

This is excellent. I made it during the summer so I substituted strawberries and blueberries for the grapes. I took it to a potluck and it was a hit.

Yes, this makes a lot of chicken salad! I made it with a whole chicken I had boiled & let cool in the broth. Then I put all the chicken meat in a mixer with the paddle attachment to shred the chicken instead of chopping like the picture shows. When I gave my parents a little sample, my dad thought is was better than my mom's recipe that she has been using for years! I think I found my go-to chicken salad recipe!

We thought this was delicious. I did add some apple chunks, instead of the grapes, as I thought it would then resemble more of a Waldorf salad. Anyway, it did turn out great and definitely will make again for a nice cool summer salad.

This is a great recipe that can be easily tweaked to substitute seasonal ingredients. I stuck to the recipe my first time and it was wonderful. Since then I have used blueberries and even thrown in a few fresh mandarin oranges and it was fantastic. Either way, you can't go wrong with this recipe.
