Chicken Salad with Fresh Peaches and Blue Cheese

  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 2 cups chopped peeled peaches (about 2 medium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped smoked almonds
