Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 3/4 cups finely chopped celery
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve on party bread or crackers.
