Chicken and Roasted Poblano Chili

    Very tasty. Added extra chili powder as we like ours spicy. I also used raw chicken and let it simmer for almost an hour, then shredded. I'll definitely make again.

    The apple juice and fennel gave this chili an interesting taste. I used 3 poblanos instead of 2 and was glad that I did. I used a tsp. of fennel seed because I couldn't figure out what dried fennel was; it seemed to work. This recipe would work for company!
