Ingredients

  • 4-10 Guajillo Chile's (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 36 oz can Hominy Corn
  • 2 cubes Knor Caldo de Pollo
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Cilantro

Preparation

Boil chicken, onion and Knor cube

Roast peppers

Soak peppers in water

Remove seeds and stems

Puree garlic, peppers, cilantro, tomato and oregano in blender
