Ingredients
- 4-10 Guajillo Chile's (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 36 oz can Hominy Corn
- 2 cubes Knor Caldo de Pollo
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Oregano
- Cilantro
Preparation
- Boil chicken, onion and Knor cube
- Roast peppers
- Soak peppers in water
- Remove seeds and stems
- Puree garlic, peppers, cilantro, tomato and oregano in blender
