Ingredients
- topping-
- 1C flour
- 1t baking powder
- 1/2t salt
- 1C milk
- 1 stick butter
- Pie-
- 3C chicken, cut up
- 21/2C chicken broth
- 1 potato cubed and partially cooked
- 1 frozen peas and carrots
- 1 can crm of chicken
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix topping first so it can thicken.
- Mix broth and soup together, add chicken and vegetables. Pour into 2 qt cass. Very gently pour topping.
- Bake 1 hour at 350
