- 1 pound(s) checken
- 1 cup(s) carrots
- 1 cup(s) peas
- 1/2 cup(s) celery
- 1/3 cup(s) flour
- 1/3 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 2/3 cup(s) milk
- 2 pie crusts
Preparation
- preheat oven 425. cook chicken and vegetables
- saute onions in butter until translucent stir in flour salt & pepper add chicken broth and milk simmer till thick put chicken and vegis in pie pan pour sauce on top cover with 2 nd crust and bake for 35 minutes
