    This dish is delish! I have made this several times and it's always a hit. The longer you let it marinate, the better it will be. Use fresh lemons for your juice when possible. Keep a close eye on the grill and keep squirt bottle handy to extinguish flames. Serve with salad or slaw and mashed plaintains.

    I used fresh lemon juice and marinated for 24 hrs but it just was nothing special.
