Chicken Picante Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 3 small green onions, chopped
Preparation
- Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chopped chicken and remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Serve pasta chilled or heated.
